Grantee Progress Report Narrative

We have identified the space, painted the area and purchased the TV/DVD systen. We have not developed the brochure as yet since our workplace policy is still in process for approval. We want to be sure that the brochure and the policy are congruent. We have deferred the ribbon cutting ceremony to May - the week of graduation - so that as alumnus who return to tour the hospital they can see what Howard University Hospital has done to benefit its workers and their babies.

Increasingly employee are using the identified space anyway. We will certainly be glad when everything is completed.
