    Employer's Perspective:
    I absolutely love seeing new parents in the comfort of their own homes. I get to provide real-time support of breastfeeding before problems begin by starting with a prenatal video visit around 36 weeks of pregnancy. During that visit I focus a lot on support of the new parent including who will cook and clean so that the nursing person can focus on healing themselves and caring for the baby. I often see that the new parent does not have a good location to breastfeed, and I suggest a recliner chair or supportive pillows.
