Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant

Employer's Perspective:

Employee's Reaction:
Upon returning to work after giving birth to my first child, I was relieved to find out that we had a private, comfortable room furnished with a refrigerator where mothers could pump and store milk without any interruptions. The room coordinator was extremely helpful in providing a key to the room and the facilities staff was conscientious about keeping it clean. My co-workers were understanding and accommodating when I needed to take breaks which made my transition back to work much easier!
